A Bible study leader gives direction to a large group study that could have various small group discussion groups. This leader would encourage and shepherd the the small group leaders in the study.

Bible Study Teacher

A Bible Study Teacher is someone who is teaching scripture, or a study they have written, that has been published by a known publisher, rather than a purchased study from a Christian website. One must have served as a Bible Study Leader, training through Precepts, co-leading (or equivalent) at Woodmen or prior church, working knowledge of Biblical principles and theology that agrees with Woodmen’s Commissioning Journal, grace-filled personality, ability to work with others well, to listen, discern, and guide biblical discussion with ease.

Life2Life Mentor

A Life2Life Mentor will walk side by side with someone who is not as far along in their spiritual journey. They will ask good questions, seek to encourage, and pray with the woman they are walking with. One must go through the commissioned leader process and Hope Coaching training and certification. (Hope Coaching is an on-line class that takes about a week)

As a Mentor Mom with Mom2Mom, you will walk alongside of a group of young moms and seek to encourage them and share from your own experience as a mom. One must go through the commissioned leader process and meet with Mom2Mom leadership for interview/vetting.

A Librarian is a regular attender at Woodmen, who is willing to fill study orders from the website.

Women’s Ministry email volunteer

Women’s Ministry email volunteer would spend 30 minutes-3 hours a week responding to general emails about women’s ministry or processing simple data entry when required.

An Event Ministry Partner would assist in preparing for and working an event. This involve behind the scenes work as well as greeters/ushers.
