Kids Greeter

As a Woodmen Kids Greeter, you will serve as the first person families see when they check-in their kids each weekend. Your primary responsibility is to greet families with a warm welcome and assist them with checking in on an iPad to receive their child(ren)’s check-in tags. You might be asked to help direct families to different areas on campus, calmly troubleshoot check-in issues that arise, assist families with completing the new family process, or simply be a friendly smile that helps families feel seen and accepted.

Early Childhood Babies-3s Teacher

As an Early Childhood Babies-3s Teacher, you will lead a class of young kids in your desired age range (babies-3s). In this role, you are responsible for engaging with parents, checking in kids, comforting kids who are upset, and ensuring all policies and procedures are followed in your classroom. You are also responsible for leading a simple, age-appropriate Bible curriculum using the supplies and outline provided by the Kids Team. You will always have (at least) one additional teacher, assistant, or Leader in Training (5th-12th grader) to assist you with your classroom needs and are asked to serve regularly (ideally 4 times/month) to be a consistent face for the young kids in your class.

Access Ministry (special needs)

We want those affected by special needs to feel welcome and included in the services and programs at Woodmen. In Woodmen Access, we offer a variety of ways for you to serve in a way that provides these opportunities for families and caregivers at Woodmen. Whether you want to serve as a one on one shadow, with kids or adults, during weekends or at our respite Friday night events throughout the year, there are many ways for you to love these families by serving in Access!

AWANA Leader

Awana is a structured program that provides Scripture-rich experiences to help kids (3 years old through high school) know, love and serve Christ. Each week the kids participate in enriching Bible lessons, fun games and powerful scripture memorization. With over 600 kids in our program at Woodmen, we have many leader opportunities available. Whether you want to serve in a classroom with kids or behind the scenes, there are many different roles needed to make our programs run each week.
