SOFA: A Place for Young Adults to Gather
Where can you go to relax with friends and really get to know people? There’s no better place than to settle in to a well-worn couch. That’s why we like the name SOFA! Think of SOFA as a comfortable living room full of young adults ready to dive in together to a deeper, more authentic faith in Jesus.
There’s a lot of talk in our society about people in their 20s and early 30s being the “next generation.”
At Woodmen, we believe young adults aren’t just next. They are now. If you are in your college-to-early-30-something years, and you are looking to connect, to get involved, to lead, you are welcome at WVC! And SOFA is a great, inviting place to jump in.
Whether you’re starting a career, in college, beginning a family, married or single, SOFA is a space where you can be yourself, feel at home, take off your shoes and put your feet up. (Unless you come straight from the gym, then maybe you should leave your shoes on?) Either way, we look forward to seeing you at SOFA!
