The Pursuit - Women's Bible Studies at WVC
Fall 2008: Our Women's Bible Studies at WVC are called The Pursuit because our hope and prayer is that women will passionately pursue a more intimate relationship with God through studying His Word together. Throughout the year we offer women's Bible studies on both campuses in the mornings and evenings. Childcare is offered for many of the studies. Beginning in the fall of 2008 we will be offering Bible studies written by Kay Arthur (Precepts), Beth Moore (Daniel, A Woman's Heart), Priscilla Shirer (Discerning the Voice of God) and Becky Tirabassi (Let Prayer Change Your Life). These studies will begin in September. Online registration will begin in July. Details, dates and times of these studies will be online by mid June. We hope you can join us in The Pursuit!

Stepping Up: A Journey Through the Psalms of Ascent - Beth Moore's Newest!
This seven-week study written by Beth Moore will guide women through daily homework and weekly video sessions focused on Psalms 120-134, also known as the Psalms of Ascent. Spoken by God’s people in the Old Testament during specific events, such as journeying to Jerusalem or walking up the temple steps, these Psalms hold great significance in revealing more about God and a personal relationship with Him. The daily personal study in Stepping Up delves into topics such as redemption, worship, God’s blessing and knowing the Lord as shelter and keeper.
