Children's Ministries is offering Vacation Packs for $10. Packs include a Virtue Pack ($7.50 value) and a variety of ways to keep your child connected with what the children are learning on the weekends while you are away.

To purchase your Vacation Pack, stop by the Children's Welcome Counter at either campus during the months of June, July or August.

Kids come and explore different creative arts. Each day begins with a worship time, giving the kids the opportunity to see adults using their gifts in a worship setting. From there, they move on to workshops to experience different arts. The week culminates on Friday night with a family worship time led by your children.

June 9-13, 9:00 am-noon at our Rockrimmon campus. Grades 1st-5th as of Fall 2008.

No cost for this camp, however, a 5-day commitment is required.

Necessary attire: Black capri or long pants, no jeans or shorts, long hair pulled back. Please no "heelies".

Come join us for a PowerLAB experience in God's word. Kids will spend their time with games, science experiments, worship and more - all reinforcing the day's Bible concept.

June 23-27, 9:00 am-noon at both campuses. VBS is for children starting grades K-5th as of Fall 08. Space is limited. Please no "heelies".

Due to space limitations, we will be closing our Woodmen Heights registration at 300 children.

Woodmen Valley Chapel will be hosting five babysitting classes this summer/fall.
Students 11-15 years old are encouraged to learn good babysitting practices. This six-hour (9AM-3PM) session is taught by a registered nurse and will cover basic childcare, growth, development and safety issues. Each participant who completes the class will receive a certificate.

The dates are as follows:
Monday, June 16 at the Rockrimmon Campus - FULL
Tuesday, June 17, at the Woodmen Heights Campus
Monday, July 21, at the Rockrimmon Campus
Tuesday, July 22, at the Woodmen Heights Campus
Saturday, September 27, at the Rockrimmon CampusR

The cost is $25 and includes lunch.
