FUSION: High School
SouledOut: Middle School
FUSION: Break Leaders
Leaders guide a small group of 5-8 students in applying the message from that night’s teaching. Groups are broken up by grade and gender, and leaders are there to create personal connection with each student. Sunday night events meet from 5:30-7:30 pm.
FUSION: Small Group Leaders
Lead a discussion with 5-15 students based upon FUSION small group curriculum. Small groups are co-ed, multigrade and meet on Wednesday or Thursday nights from 6:30-8:30 pm.
FUSION: Small Group Host Homes
Help create a welcoming and safe environment by opening your home for 5-20 students and leaders for a FUSION mid-week small group meeting. Mid-week small groups meet every week on Wednesday or Thursday evenings from 5:30-7:30 pm.
FUSION: Café Team Members
Help serve food for the FUSION Café Sunday nights at the Rockrimmon or Woodmen Heights campuses.
SouledOut Remix Leader
Remix leaders welcome students, engage with them before and after SouledOut services, as well as during the service by facilitating discussions with a group of 5-15 students following the message. Remix groups start up again on August 23, but leaders are welcome to attend our SouledOut services throughout the summer.
SouledOut 360 Group Leader
360 Group leaders have the opportunity to build relationships and positively influence a group of 5-15 middle school students in a small group environment. They welcome, teach, and facilitate discussions every Thursday from 7-8:15 pm. 360 Groups begin meeting again on September 17, 2009.
SouledOut Team Leader
These individuals have the opportunity to coach our leadership level kids on their various student leadership teams. These teams include worship, drama, café, bookstore, and set up. Team Leader’s poor into students to develop them as leaders.
