Straight and Strong Fitness Class
Tuesdays, 8:30-9:30 am, Lower level RR Stone Chapel

1 Corinthians 1:8 “He will keep you strong to the end, so you will be blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ”
Straight and Strong is Sports and Recreation Ministries newest addition to our fitness classes. This class uses Yoga type movements to help you strengthen and add flexibility while focusing on Christ.
Since the 60s, Yoga became adopted by people with an eastern philosophy. In this class we have taken the movements and physical techniques of Yoga and focus on the Glory of Christ. The name of this class “Straight and Strong” is a reflection of our belief that Jesus Christ is our Savior, and we only use the physical techniques and movements of Yoga in this class.
Straight and Strong’s instructor is certified to teach Yoga Movements and combines it with Christ-centered devotionals in each class. This class is designed to strengthen your body and increase your flexibility which can lead to a healthier you.
Please bring your own Yoga Sticky mat for this class.
Cost is a suggested donation that goes toward purchase of equipment.

Ladies Fitness Classes
Throughout the year we offer As the Spirit Moves You ladies fitness class. This class emphasizes spiritual and physical growth. In a world that attacks the way women view and value their bodies we are aiming to dismantle those views by speaking Truth into your lives. All fitness levels are welcome. This is a great way to connect with and invest into other Ladies from WVC.
Morning Fitness Class
Wednesday & Friday • 8:30-9:30 am
RR Gymnasium
This class offers a variety of aerobic options from kickboxing to hi/low along with strength training and flexibility training. All levels welcome.

Evening Fitness Class
Monday, 6:30-7:30 pm • RR Lower Stone Chapel
Wednesday, 6:30-7:30 pm • RR Worship Center, Rm 114
This class focuses on a variety of cardio and strength training exercises designed to challenge every level. All levels welcome.
Instructor: Kim Elsner
Suggested donation $10 per month for all classes.
All classes have access to showers and lockers.
All classes follow District 20 snow policies.
A suggested donation of $10 goes toward
1. New equipment (mats, weights, fitness balls etc.)
2. Music/videos
3. Keeping our instructors up to date on their certifications
