A.C.T.S. Tech Team
Can you replace a hard drive? Install software? Repair a computer? Upload digital photos? Surf the Internet? Are you a computer tech, software expert, internet surfer, or email expert? If you answered Yes to any of the above and you have a desire to serve others, we need you on the newly developed Tech Team, a part of the Woodmen Valley Chapel A.C.T.S Ministry!
The Tech Team will perform repairs and provide computer and internet education for WVC individuals, families, and community partners in need. We are looking for people with skills, time, and the desire to provide the needed services.
The majority of the jobs can be completed in less than 2 hours with many of them being done over the phone. These jobs will be completed at no-cost to the recipient other than maybe some software or hardware needed to complete the job. Some jobs are as easy as replacing a printer or installing new software and some are as difficult as replacing a hard drive or removing a virus.
