Pursuing MORE of Jesus 2009
This year Women’s Ministries had a two-day event with author/speaker Angela Thomas in September, 2008 that reached over 750 teen girls and 250 women. This was a powerful outreach to our church and community and it took the place of our Women’s Retreat for the 2008-2009 ministry year. However, we want you to know about a wonderful opportunity for a Community Women’s Retreat coming up in March, 2009. Anne Graham Lotz, the daughter of Billy and Ruth Graham, is coming to the Broadmoor Hotel for a Pursuing More of Jesus Breakaway. Women from all over the country and area churches, including WVC, are planning to attend this weekend of powerful teaching and worship. Check out the details below!

It's not too early to sign up for our next women’s retreat, Pursuing MORE of Jesus, March 6-8, 2009 at The BROADMOOR. We will join with women from other churches for this special weekend with Anne Graham Lotz, Fernando Ortega, Sheila Bailey and Babbie Mason. Pursuing MORE of Jesus is designed to lead women deeper into God’s Word and to draw them closer to the heart of God through prayer and worship.
