The Elementary Fleet for Children's Ministries

Exploring, Experiencing and Expressing God's Grace through Children

Our Purpose
In much the same way a cove protects boats and the shoreline from the wind and waves of the ocean, KidsCove provides a safe and educational environment for your child. Here your children will find a place of refuge where they can Explore God's Truth, Experience God's Grace and Express God's Love with a safe and caring group of Ministry Partners.

We believe children are a gift from God and as such should be cared for and equipped with the necessary tools that prepare them for the plan God has for their lives. Through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, children will be given a strong spiritual foundation that fosters a biblical worldview and the belief that no matter what happens in their life, they will always have their faith, hope and the love of Jesus Christ to carry them through. Our vision is to see an exciting, growing children's ministries where children are engaged and want to learn more about God's plan for their life, an experience that creates excitement within the family unit and encourages parents to be involved.

Weekend Services

Elementary Curriculum

What's it called?

Rio

What is it?

Rio approaches God's Word and the Christian life in a way that allows God Himself to shape children into His likeness.  The content intentionally disciples our leaders in their own Christian walk so that the work God is doing in them can overflow into the kids.

Rio is intentional about facilitating relationships on all levels - child to child, child to leader, leader to parent, parent to child - all in the context of our relationship to God.

Rio has been developed in partnership with real people doing real ministry in churches across the country.

Rio is Relational - Today's kids are "connected" like never before, but they're also very isolated.  Rio was developed to eliminate relational barriers and to foster the authentic and relevant relationships kids hunger for.

Rio is Intentional - Information is cheap to today's kids.  They can know a lot about God without ever really knowing God.  Rio stresses spiritual formation.  Every Lesson is God-focused, builds Bible study skills and helps kids understand each Bible story in the context of God's grand redemptive plan throughout history.

Rio is Overflow - Discipling leaders to share from the overflow of their own hearts is what Rio is all about.  Rio is designed to feed and challenge everyone involved in the experience.  Part of the goal of every Rio lesson is to provide a path that takes leaders and children on a journey through discovering God's Word and hearing his voice.  it's a journey they can share.
