Distance: Less than 3 miles, loop
Description:
Anyone, ages 18-35, single or married, is welcome to join our Young Adults Community for a hike through Red Rock Canyon. This is a great activity to invite a friend to. Wandering back past vertical rock spines, reservoirs, and the old sandstone quarry, we'll make our way to the 'top' of Red Rock Canyon before winding our way back out again with excellent views of Garden of the Gods, and the city, stretching away to the north. Directions:
Going south on I-25 past downtown, take Exit 141 onto Cimmaron St. heading west. Continue past the stoplight at 31st street and take the next left onto Ridge Rd/High St. Continue back and around, turning into the first parking area you pass. Look for your Catalyst Guides Eric, Stacy, and Brad at the west end of this area.
