Connecting & Equipping
The Equipping Team is responsible for developing a variety of training programs for our volunteers and team leaders. Training areas will include irresistible Evangelism, Living a Life on Loan and Effective Communication.
The Connection Team will help people be sensitive to God's call on their hearts. This ministry team will help volunteers build bridges around obstacles preventing them from taking the first step of accepting their call to service.
This team's primary focus is encouragement. A network of prayer warriors that will pray daily for this ministry is being developed. We need prayer for our leadership, our projects, our volunteers and the people we serve.
