Got Purpose? Our Kids Matter!

Our passion in children’s ministries is to provide an environment where children can Explore Gods’ Truth, Experience God’s Grace and Express God’s Love.

We are focused on partnering with parents to build and strengthen the spiritual lives of their children. According to Mark Holmen, a national expert and leader of the Faith@Home movement, recent statistics reveal that mom and dad are the top influencers in the faith development of their children. And George Barna, a leading evangelical pollster, says that helping transform children into spiritual champions will not happen by accident.

We are excited about the staff and team of ministry partners here at WVC who are committed to showing Jesus' love to our kids. In order for us to maintain a safe, fun, and caring environment, we need an adult in every classroom — and we invite the entire church to come serve with us to help make that happen.

We are asking and relying on parents and adults to sign up two times per year or one time per semester — September through February or March through August. To do your part in showing the kids of WVC (including yours) how much they matter, follow the links below.

Where are your kids?

Our Birth thru Kindergarten areas are known as Noah's Ark at both campuses. At Rockrimmon, all of these classes are in our Noah's Ark building. At Woodmen Heights, Infants, Crawlers and 4th Grade classes are in the Atrium; all others are in the Modulars. 

1st – 4th Grade, KidsCove is located on the lower level of the Rockrimmon Community Center. At Woodmen Heights 4th grade meets in #106 in the Atrium; 1st through 3rd grades meet in the Modulars.

Switch56 (5th/6th grade) meets in the Rockrimmon Gym on Sundays at 9 am and Woodmen Heights, Room 104 on Sundays at 11:15 am.
