At Woodmen Valley Chapel we place a high value on spiritual leadership. We take very seriously the qualities needed to lead and shepherd a small group. Thus, we require the following for all small group leaders:
  • A personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
  • A member of Woodmen Valley Chapel.
  • Participate in Woodmen Valley Chapel’s small group leader training.
  • Agree to come under the guidance of Woodmen Valley Chapel’s small group leadership structure.
  • Agree to fulfill Woodmen Valley Chapel’s requirements of a small group leader. (These will be detailed in the leadership training course.)
